Description

• Logic board for V3F ELEVATOR.
• Supply voltage requirement 12VDC, 24VDC & 110VAC for safety.
• Same logic board we can use for two types of control
• -1) SEMI SERIAL CONTROL – Only car top board serial communication using Modbus with main Logic Board & Landing LOPs are parallel.
• -2) FULL SERIAL CONTROL – Both Car Top & Landing LOP having serial communication using Serial Cartop board & Serial Landing cards.
• Maximum 24 stops with extension card.
• -(G+23 down collective / G+23 full collective).
• Door operation –
• -Manual Door
• -Auto Door
• Speed support up to 1 m/s.
• User configurable with LCD display & keyboard.
• Input Reed signals CABIN TOP REED.
• LCD display showing status & errors.
• Status of all inputs & outputs though LED indication on board.
• Relay board embedded with logic board so no need for external relay card.
• Only 4 wires are required ( 2 wire for power supply & 2 wire for communication ) from the main card to serial landing display & main card to cartop serial board, because of which Reduces field wiring , elevator installation time, labor & cable cost.
• Cartop board input indications are also shown on the main logic board because of which it is easy to understand and fault finding.
• On board 8 stop ( G to 7) car calls  & Landing calls inputs are available for testing purposes which can be enabled using DIP switch settings.
